As the weather starts getting nicer here in sunny Colorado, we encourage you to get outside and stay active. Many of us have gone through some pretty major changes in the past year, and MedNOW providers are here to help encourage you to lead a healthier lifestyle.

Our clinic provides a variety services to help you get started. From diet counseling and physical therapy to mental health counselors, we provide resources to improve both your physical and emotional wellbeing.

Meet some of our providers and see how they can help you achieve your health goals:

Katja Austin performs hormone replacement therapy – helping patients with ongoing hormone imbalance that can cause fatigue, weight gain, and mood swings.
Our Denver and Aurora locations have appointments available for lipotropic injections. These injections aid in weight loss and can be extremely effective.

Christina Carrigan is a behavioral health provider at our Lakewood location – she is a great resource for patients who wish to see a counselor to improve their mental wellness. Let Christina know if you would like to be included in one of her upcoming group therapy sessions!

Dwight Duncan, PsyD. is a behavioral health provider at our Aurora location. He works with a wide range of patients with concerns from anxiety to addiction. Call our Aurora office to schedule a session with Dr. Duncan today!

COVID Vaccinations

Have you received your COVID vaccine yet? Colorado is now vaccinating the general public ages 16 and over. The Vaccine Spotter website has been very helpful for patients to find available vaccination appointments. Check the website often for open vaccination appointments!

MedNOW Clinics does not have vaccinations for distribution to patients!

Winter Holiday Hours

As we approach the holiday season, we want to ensure you are aware of our adjusted Winter Holiday hours. Please see the schedule below for all MedNOW locations: Winter Holiday Hours • Tuesday, December 24 (Christmas Eve): All locations will close early at 2:00 PM • Wednesday, December 25 (Christmas Day): All locations will be closed December 26–28 • Aurora Location: o December 26: Open from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM o December 27 & 28: Closed • All Other MedNOW Locations: o Closed December 25–28 New Year’s Holiday Hours • Tuesday, December 31 (New Year’s Eve): All locations open • Wednesday, January 1 (New Year’s Day): All locations closed • Thursday, January 2: Regularly scheduled hours will resume We hope you have a safe, healthy, and joyful holiday season. December Awareness Month

December is Flu Vaccination Awareness Month. Did you know that approximately 500,000 people are hospitalised due to flu-related complications in the U.S. every year? Influenza is a common respiratory disease that spreads easily. While most people are only sick for a few days before they get better, some people can get very sick and stay sick for a long time, even people who are in perfect health. The best way to fight against this disease is to receive your annual flu shot. Flu shots are safe, quick, easy, and an important step in keeping yourself healthy during the flu season. If you have yet to schedule an appointment to receive your flu shot, we highly encourage you to do so at your earliest convenience. To book your flu shot appointment, please call your MedNOW Clinic, or you can schedule your appointment online through our website! If you have any more questions regarding the flu shot, the CDC provides excellent information. If you need assistance scheduling your appointment, call your MedNOW clinic. Thanksgiving 2025

As we approach the Thanksgiving holiday, we want to ensure you have the most up-to-date information regarding our clinic hours. Aurora Clinic Holiday Hours • November 27: Closed • November 28 & 29: Open 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM • November 30: Open 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM All Other MedNOW locations, including Cheyenne Mountain Gynecology and Med Spa, will be closed during that time. We encourage you to plan for any healthcare needs during this time. If you have upcoming appointments, need prescription refills, or have non-urgent medical questions, please contact your MedNOW Clinic before the holiday closures.
