It is important to start off the new year by trying to be the healthiest you that you can be.
January is Cervical Health Awareness Month. Did you know around 13,000 women in the U.S. are diagnosed with cervical cancer and 4,310 women pass away due to cervical cancer each year?
Regularly scheduled screenings save lives by catching potential issues early.
• We recommend that our female patients receive a Pap Smear Test every 3 years if they are between the ages 21-65.
• We also recommend that our female patients undergo an HPV test every 5 years if they are between the ages 30-65.
