September 17 is World Patient Safety Day, a reminder that safe care starts with a strong partnership between patients and providers. At MedNOW, your health and safety are always our top priorities, and we encourage all patients to play an active role in their care.
Here are four simple but powerful ways you can help keep yourself safe:
- Speak up about your health – Share your symptoms, medications, and allergies openly with your provider.
- Ask questions – If you don’t understand a treatment, test, or prescription, ask until everything is clear.
- Use medicines safely – Take medications only as prescribed and never share them with others.
- Be involved in your care – Stay informed, follow care instructions, and work closely with your healthcare team.

As we welcome the New Year, we would like to remind you of our holiday hours for all MedNOW Clinics locations. On Wednesday, December 31 (New Year’s Eve), all locations will remain open to continue serving your healthcare needs. On Thursday, January 1 (New Year’s Day), all locations will be closed in observance of the holiday. We will resume regularly scheduled hours on Friday, January 2.
