Appointment Check-In Times
Just a friendly reminder that your check-in time for all regular appointments is 15 MINUTES PRIOR to your appointment time.
For physical exams, check-in is 30 MINUTES PRIOR to your appointment time. This is to ensure that all paperwork and payments are completed, and you can be brought back to an exam room by the time of your appointment.

On Wednesday, December 31 (New Year’s Eve), all locations will remain open to continue serving your healthcare needs. On Thursday, January 1 (New Year’s Day), all locations will be closed in observance of the holiday. We will resume regularly scheduled hours on Friday, January 2.
