• Kai M Satisfied with visit, front desk staff and PA Kaesha were very nice and knowledgeable. I arrived early like recommended and they were on time and punctual with my appointment. The only negative experience from this visit was the phlebotomist who did my blood draw I found to be rude, uncommunicative, and poked me without saying anything which was unpleasant; no heads up, nothing. I asked which way to leave, she just pointed in the general direction (which wasn’t helpful at all and i was still confused on how to leave) and left the area. Besides this, the overall experience was great and will be returning for my healthcare needs.

They are friendly, knowledgeable, empathetic and look at the big picture. They've always taken the time to explain my conditions and treatment plans and answered any questions. Since becoming a patient here I have a much better understanding of what's going on with my health and feel empowered to keep things going in the right direction.

• Alan K I usually go to the MedNow clinic at 3600 blk S. Clarkson St and the staff and the care I get there by P.A. Victoria Ward is great and top notched and I think everyone there are wonderful and helpful and are all willing to help. Today I had to be seen because of a virus and infection that was getting bad. The Clarkson clinic couldn't see me because they only had one provider today, so I called the Lakewood MedNow clinic and was able to get an appointment in a couple of hours. I went in, and was seen and treated by P.A. Alyx Capri, and I found her extremely delightful but yet very professional and knowledgeable. She listened to me and answered all my questioned and had answers to my complaints of how I was feeling and was able to deal with my many medical problems and diseases I already have. She was able to know what to do with what was going on with me and was able to determine what I needed to do and treated my symptoms and helped me with an antibiotics for my infection keeping in mind all my other many medical problems and medications. Everybody else in the clinic were very nice and helpful the clinic appeared to be ran well and very clean. I would not hesitate to suggest the P.A.s I have had at MedNow and had today and clinics for your medical needs. I'm 71 years old and have had hundreds of clinics and doctors and P.A.s in my life treat me, and these I just described are great and I'm glad to have had them.

• Lil r Saved the day! My previous clinic had some staff changes and the new provider decided he wasn’t taking any new patients with xxx insurance. SMH, I’d been a patient there for over a decade! Scrambling to find another clinic, I stumbled on this one. They were able to get me in the same day. Each and every person I encountered, from the front desk to the back room phlebotomist, was extremely friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!!

• Brad G New Health Insurance eff 1/1 and surprise - I needed to find a new doctor. It's an awful position to be in as most doctors are not taking new patients. Calling around trying to find someone that will pick up the phone is just awful. This office came up in the list and I was pleased to find out that they are taking new patients. The first person you speak with always sets the tone. The person that took my call and set up my appointment was wonderful. I showed up on time and they were ready for me. I had only 4 days left on my statin prescription and they got me in quickly. Next person is the med tech or nurse that takes you back and gets your vitals and info. This lady was on the ball. She got everything set up and did it quickly. Next - the PA. Very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to. I'm used to sitting in exam room and having to wait 20-30-45 mins to see the practitioner. That didn't happen. They also do bloodwork on site. I had that done and walked home. While I was walking, I pulled up my pharmacy app and saw the two prescriptions (one being the statin I needed) in the queue to be filled that day. I picked both up same day and they were correct including the 90 day supply for the statin. I'm at work the day after and I get a text and phone call. My bloodwork test results were ready. I have never had that happen in my life. I was able to go in the patient portal and view everything after the nurse/tech told me the test results were normal. If you need a new primary care doctor, or you're not happy with the one you have, I would 100% recommend this practice. They have other locations as well including one that is open on the weekend. And they actually told me that on my first visit. They wanted to make sure that I knew that they have multiple locations that I can use if needed. Thank you so much for the great experience. • megan w If you are in long term recovery and searching for a low maintenance buprenorphine provider this is the place for you! I see a provider in this office for med management. Katya is one of the absolute best doctors, and an overall incredible person. All of the staff at this office take the time to actually talk to me, ask me meaningful questions and genuinely remember the little small talk conversations we had from previous appointments. I have been on the same meds for almost eight years. This team of professionals has helped ensure I have my medication each month, without having to jump through hoops. Katya is very understanding, communicative and always seems to accommodate my travel schedule by tweaking refill dates or appoint scheduling. I am able to live a normal life post addiction, and simply take my meds and go about my business without being treated with suspicion or feeling stigmatized. Providers like her are hard to find!

Again, just a great person - sincerely concerned about the well being of her patients. A great listener, willing to make recommendations or adjustments to current treatment plans based on patient concerns or questions, and, most importantly, an awesome sense of humor with a nice dose of sass. My only regret is that I hadn't had the pleasure of having MedNow, Bridget and the staff be involved in my healthcare regimen sooner.

I work with Dr. Ava G and personally, she is the best doctor I've ever had! Very empathetic, attentive and she's not a doctor to push meds! Discussions with her are always pleasant and I always feel heard and listened to. I personally have a team of doctors and counselors who work together on my behalf and benefit. Ava is always open to communication and teamwork with doctors and counselors from different offices/clinics. Her coworkers and fellow doctors are always pleasant as well and are always welcome to see you when your 'regular' is unavailable. I would recommend this clinic for anyone who's struggling, hurting or in pain. There's no shame in asking for help As far as prescriptions go, the front desk is helpful and communicative and process things quickly and efficiently.
