To ensure your care continues without interruption, we are pleased to introduce Ti Bui, FNP, who will be taking over as your primary provider.

Originally from Houston, Texas, Ti is a dedicated nurse practitioner with over five years of nursing experience in cardiology, medical-surgical, and transplant care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of the Incarnate Word and went on to complete her Doctor of Nursing Practice with a specialization in Family Practice at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio.

Driven by a passion to reduce preventable hospitalizations and empower patients, Ti believes in a collaborative, patient-centered approach to care. She emphasizes education and shared decision-making, ensuring you are equipped with the tools and knowledge to live a healthier, more fulfilling life. She believes the best outcomes are achieved when patients are seen as the center of the healthcare team, with their goals and preferences guiding the care plan.

Outside of work, Ti enjoys golfing, hiking, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with her husband and their two Boston Terriers, Tofu and Po.
