Transitioning Patients at Lakewood
Transitioning Patients to our New Provider
We would like to inform our Lakewood patients
that Jessica Martinez, FNP-BC, will be departing MedNOW Clinics effective August 29, 2025.
We are grateful for the compassionate care she has provided for our patients during her time here and wish her all the best in her future endeavors.
To ensure your care continues without interruption, we are pleased to introduce Ti Bui, FNP, who will be taking over as your primary provider.
Originally from Houston, Texas, Ti is a dedicated nurse practitioner with over five years of nursing experience in cardiology, medical-surgical, and transplant care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of the Incarnate Word and went on to complete her Doctor of Nursing Practice with a specialization in Family Practice at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio.
Driven by a passion to reduce preventable hospitalizations and empower patients, Ti believes in a collaborative, patient-centered approach to care.
She emphasizes education and shared decision-making, ensuring you are equipped with the tools and knowledge to live a healthier, more fulfilling life. She believes the best outcomes are achieved when patients are seen as the center of the healthcare team, with their goals and preferences guiding the care plan.
Outside of work, Ti enjoys golfing, hiking, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with her husband and their two Boston Terriers, Tofu and Po.
We are confident that you will be in excellent hands with Ti, and we look forward to continuing to support your health and wellness.
If you have any questions about this transition or wish to schedule your next appointment, please contact our Lakewood office.

December is Flu Vaccination Awareness Month. Did you know that approximately 500,000 people are hospitalised due to flu-related complications in the U.S. every year? Influenza is a common respiratory disease that spreads easily. While most people are only sick for a few days before they get better, some people can get very sick and stay sick for a long time, even people who are in perfect health. The best way to fight against this disease is to receive your annual flu shot. Flu shots are safe, quick, easy, and an important step in keeping yourself healthy during the flu season. If you have yet to schedule an appointment to receive your flu shot, we highly encourage you to do so at your earliest convenience. To book your flu shot appointment, please call your MedNOW Clinic, or you can schedule your appointment online through our website! If you have any more questions regarding the flu shot, the CDC provides excellent information. If you need assistance scheduling your appointment, call your MedNOW clinic. Our staff members are always willing to help! Thank you for taking care of your health!
